Frustrated with dA...(Angry Language Warning)

I know the whole Art Theft journal that dA made was quite a while ago... but it just NOW hit me as to how much bull shit it REALLY is, and it's HONESTLY making me question if I should even continue posting art here. :/ 

If someone's gonna fuckin' steal my art, and I choose to report it as a Permission Issue or My Intellectual Property, but all it does is tell me to read their fuckin' bull shit ass journal on their views of art theft,........ or leave a DMCA Takedown Request, that has you leaving them with all of your personal data (Full name, address, phone, etc...) RATHER THAN JUST FUCKIN' HELPING THE ARTIST... then I don't know if I can continue posting stuff here. :/ To be at a higher risk of some idiot/jealous ass troll taking my art, and the dA staff not doing shit about it just really puts me at so much ease. :/ (Clearly being sarcastic here.)

Whether you give them all your personal info or not, it STILL lies in the hands of the dA staff to pass or reject your report. So what the fuck, then? Why even bother? I really wanna see dA get their shit together like they once had, but if they continue on with this attitude, then I'm taking everything I've done here over the past near 8 years, and I'm just gonna go some place else. It's fuckin' ridiculous to have people deal with this shit, and the staff just lazily sit aside and tell you to handle the matter yourself. GOD DAMMIT! Me reporting the theft of my own art IS handling it myself. I need to waste my money, and countless hours taking the case to Court when all the staff needs to do is just simply match up the upload date of my art versus the upload date of the art thief? :/ Is this not what moderators of a website do anymore? Unbelievable. 

I'm sorry, but I try not to complain about much at all these days. But given the day I had, this is just the last straw.
